• If stolen/lost/damaged within the first 7 months (during the "Payback Period" or for Trial Packages):
  R120 per stolen device
• If stolen/lost/damaged after 7 months or more (after the "Payback Period"):
  R30 per stolen device

We have a convenient little Starter Pack, limiting the user to 5 ESL devices, to test in your store for 3 months. However, hardware repayment costs are involved for stolen/lost/damaged ESL devices. ESL devices with factory malfunctions will be replaced , free of cost, within the 90 day trial.

Lock in your price updates for each product before the following 4 update windows (local South African time): 

1) 6am 

2) 10am

3) 2pm

4) 6pm

The minimum term on a contract, for any one of our packages (except the Starter Pack) is 12 months, with a month-to-month subscription kicking in that can be cancelled with 30 days upfront notice. Note that there are hardware recovery costs involved with early cancellations of contracts (i.e. before end of 12 months)

You can easily self-fit the devices, but for a call out fee of R499 (within Johannesburg only) plus R5 for every device installed over a maximum of 200. Arrangements can be made for call outs outside of the Johannesburg area.
